Our pieces are handmade with care in small batches. Each item may vary slightly — this is part of its character.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that:
- All information you provide is correct and complete
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- We may refuse or cancel an order if needed (for example: errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse)
If this happens, you will be notified and refunded.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in EUR.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.
4. Shipping
We aim to ship orders within the timeframe stated on each product page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Handmade nature
All KNOTO pieces are handmade or produced in small workshops.
Small variations in texture, shape, or finish are natural and part of the process.
6. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition with tags
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
