Shipping policy

PRODUCTION TIME:
Please note that all our knits are handmade in the homes of our skilled artists. Every item is knit, sewed, and washed by hands. Some colors and sizes are made to order, that is why it can take up to 9 business days for your new garment to be shipped. 

We ship from Europe (Lithuania).

At the moment we are offering three shipping options.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- Free Worldwide shipping. Standard shipping via national registered post service. Tracking is provided. This shipping option is reliable but slower. So if you are not in a rush - it's a good option.
- Express Economy via FEDEX (a faster and safer way to receive orders).
- Express Priority via DHL or FEDEX Priority (a faster and safer way to receive orders).

SHIPPING DURATION:
Standard*
Please note that due to the current global situation in some cases deliveries are being delayed.
- Europe 8 – 10 business days;
- US, Australia, Canada, and other countries 10 – 15 business days;

Express Economy
- Europe 3 – 5 business days;
- US, Australia, Canada, and other countries 5 – 8 business days;

Express Priority
- Europe 1 – 3 business days;
- US, Australia, Canada, and other countries 2 – 5 business days;

We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

* Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
* Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves Lithuania. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the Lithuanian post.
* Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

DELAYED SHIPPING:
Please note, shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORTANT TAXES:
The customer/recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We do recommend contacting your local customs for more information.
