Returns & Refunds

At KNOTO, each piece is made with care. We hope you love it, but if something isn’t right, we are here to help.


1. Return period

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we are unable to accept returns.


2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unworn

- Unused

- In original condition

- With tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.


3. How to start a return

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.


4. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.


6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us. We will do our best to help, depending on availability.


7. Handmade pieces

Each KNOTO piece is handmade or produced in small batches. Slight variations in texture or shape are part of the process and are not considered defects.
